The client needed a central database accessible to multiple people & departments for managing a wide collection of company collateral for trainings/presentations as part of a vision for organizational growth. The training material was scattered. Organisers needed to access their documents on time for providing valuable training to internal stakeholders across various locations. This endeavour cannot be achieved with the current application usability which is rigid, undistributed, hard-to-navigate and not designed with the best user experience in mind.


Integrated Moodle to allow users access to various collateral anytime anywhere. Designed, architected & developed an LMS that is user-friendly, in-built with learning achievements system to encourage the stake holders participate in trainings. Provided ability to trainers to manage their collateral like videos, audio etc. either for sharing with the right audience or showcase in trainings. A role based system for use across various functions to suit the requirements of specific process trainings within those functions. Integrated analytics to better understand the metrics of training & learning user-wide & trainer-wide.
